Why we exist
A destination, not a drop-off
Gusheshe Garage started as an opportunity to build a business that reflects a genuine appreciation for quality vehicles and meticulous workmanship — and to build a premium brand that customers actually trust rather than one that simply advertises well.
The intention was never to be another installer. It was to establish a destination on the East Rand where vehicle owners know their investment will be cared for with expertise, precision and pride. That is a higher bar than fitting film, and it is the one we set out to clear.
The near-term goal is to be the place people go for anything XPEL. Beyond that, the business will expand into sourcing and building one-off vehicles in-house — the same standard of work, applied to whole cars instead of their surfaces.
We are not a detailing shop. We are a Vehicle Preservation Centre, dedicated exclusively to protecting, enhancing and preserving premium vehicles using the complete XPEL ecosystem and world-class installation standards.

Genuine XPEL product, bought through the authorised South African distributor, fitted by certified installers. Counterfeit film is a real problem in this market, and the only defence is buying from a verified dealer.

How a job runs
Seven stages, nothing skipped
The order matters more than any single step: correction before film, film before coating, and cure time before the keys go back.

Consultation
We look at the vehicle, how you use it and what you want to still be true about it in five years. Then we recommend coverage — not a package.
- 02
Specification
Panels, film grade, coating and coverage confirmed in writing, with the XPEL warranty term for each product stated up front.
- 03
Preparation
Wash, chemical and mechanical decontamination, clay treatment and paint correction where needed. Nothing goes on top of defects.
- 04
Installation
Pre-cut XPEL patterns installed in a controlled, dust-managed bay by certified installers, with edges wrapped where the panel allows.
- 05
Curing
Film and coating are given the time and conditions they actually need to cure before the vehicle is released.
- 06
Inspection & Handover
Final inspection under corrected lighting, a walkthrough of what was done, written warranty documentation and your aftercare schedule.

Aftercare
Annual inspections, complimentary film health checks, ceramic top-ups and upgrade paths for as long as you own the vehicle.

We do not. Protection is a relationship with the vehicle, not a transaction on a Tuesday — so everything below is part of owning a car we have protected, for as long as you own it.

Every XPEL product we install carries its own manufacturer warranty, running from two to ten years depending on the film or coating specified. The exact term for your job is stated on the quote before work starts and documented with your invoice at handover.
