Fusion Plus
Eight coatings, eight warranty terms
A coating is not one product. There is a different chemistry for paint, for film, for wheels, for glass, for trim and for upholstery — and they are warranted for very different lengths of time.
Lite
Paint or PPF
The entry coating. Repels water, lifts clarity and adds a layer of environmental defence for a season rather than a decade.
Classic
Paint and PPF
The middle of the range and the most commonly specified. Repels water, dirt and road grime, resists staining and chemical etching, and noticeably improves surface quality.
Premium
Paint or PPF
The same protection profile as Classic with double the warranted life. Worth it on a car being kept long term, and on paint that has been fully corrected first.
Satin
Satin paint and Stealth film
Formulated for matte and satin finishes, which cannot be polished if they mark. Adds hydrophobics without adding gloss.
Wheel & Caliper
Wheels and brake calipers
Built for heat and brake dust. Resists staining and chemical etching, and makes wheels rinse clean instead of needing scrubbing.
Glass
Glass and windows
Water beads and clears off the windscreen at speed, splash-back sheets away, and the glass resists etching from harsh environments.
Upholstery
Fabric, carpet, leather and vinyl
Repels spills and prevents staining while retaining the factory feel of the material — it should not leave a hide slick or a fabric stiff.
Plastic & Trim
Exterior plastic and trim
Keeps unpainted trim from greying out, and stops it holding water spots and road grime.
Fusion Plus Marine
The marine formulation, for gelcoat and hull surfaces under constant UV and salt exposure.
Fusion Plus Aircraft
The aviation formulation, specified for aircraft surfaces and the cleaning regimes they live with.
Straight
What a coating does and does not do
- A coating makes the car dramatically easier to wash and keeps it looking freshly detailed for years.
- It resists UV fade, bird lime etching, water spotting and chemical staining.
- It will not stop a stone, a key, a trolley or a bush. That is what film is for.
- A "9H" rating is a pencil hardness test. Anyone quoting it as scratch-proofing is misreading it.
- It has to go on corrected paint. A coating locks in whatever is underneath it for years.
